Some $45,000 in cash and jewelry were stolen by unknown assailants in the early hours of Monday at a residence in the Villa Blanca Apartments housing area in Caguas, the Police reported.
According to the complainant, someone, with free access to the interior of the property, appropriated a safe, in which he kept $45,000 in cash and jewelry.
In addition, two electric generators of 2,000 and 2,200 kilowatts, both black and orange, were stolen.
The stolen items were valued at $2,200.
Agents assigned to the Property Crimes Division of the Criminal Investigations Corps of the Caguas area took charge of the investigation.
