Ways to find your phone’s IMEI number
There are many ways to find out your IMEI number, and they vary a bit depending on whether you have an iPhone or one of the multiple Android devices. Let’s start with the simple shapes.

For many iPhone and Android devices, the easiest way to know the IMEI number is to dial the following: “* # 06 #”. That is to say, asterisk, pound sign, zero, six, pound sign. The 15-digit IMEI number should appear on your screen.
2. Find your IMEI on your SIM card tray
If you open your SIM card tray and flip it over, you will see the 15-digit digit there on most iPhone models and some Android.
3. Configuration of your mobile
Another way to find your IMEI number if you have your phone handy is through its settings. Let me quickly explain how to do it on Android, then iPhone.
Find your IMEI in the Android settings. Go to Settings> About phone> Status and look for the IMEI number. It could be that you need to squeeze IMEI information to show you the numbers. On some Android, it will be in Settings> General> Device Information> Status. Find your IMEI number in your iPhone settings Go to Settings> General> Information and then scroll down to see the IMEI.
4. Find it in your iPhone box
Fortunately, there are a few ways to get your IMEI even if you don’t have your phone handy. If you still have the box your iPhone came in, you can find your IMEI number on the label on the outside of the box. That is a good reason to keep the box or store the number somewhere.
