A man who had sex with his partner inside the Nightjar nightclub bathroom in Queensland attacked the cleaner who interrupted

Billy Dean Fallon savagely beat a handyman at an Australian nightclub for interrupting him while he was having sex with a woman in a bathroom stall

An Australian nightclub patron punched a maintenance worker who caught him in an “intimate” sexual act inside a disabled toilet.

Former Army technician Billy Dean Fallon, 28, repeatedly punched the cleaner after leaving the disabled women’s cubicle at the Nightjar nightclub in Burleigh Heads, Queensland, on January 20.

Fallon admitted the assault resulting in bodily harm on Monday in Southport Magistrates Court, the Gold Coast Bulletin newspaper reported.

Security cameras released in court showed Fallon throwing a flurry of punches at the cleaner, who had been knocking on the bathroom door for a few minutes.

The handyman ended up slammed against a wall and Fallon continued to punch him as he fell to the floor.

A blonde woman in a green dress is then seen shuffling out of the cubicle.

The court heard that she and Fallon had been “in the middle of an intimate encounter.”

“He was in there being intimate with his partner… they were in the middle of being intimate when someone started banging on the door,” defense attorney Angus Edwards said.

“He acted impulsively, he acted in a protective manner and thought he was protecting himself and his partner.”
