Zaki Anwari, a 19-year-old who was part of the Afghanistan U-20 team, was found lifeless on the landing gear of one of the USAF Boeing C-17 planes of the United States that left Kabul for Qatar in the last hours, after the return and the takeover of the country by the Taliban.

The young man tried to flee his country for the aforementioned reason, and in the midst of desperation to leave as soon as possible, he did what many other people did: get into the landing gear. Unfortunately for him, and for other people who suffered the same fate, it closes as the plane rises.

When the plane landed in Qatar, the operators realized the tragic news. It was confirmed by the General Directorate of Physical Education and Sports of Afghanistan.
