Alicia Machado’s grandmother passed away: “I am fractured, heartbroken”

On a professional level, Alicia Machado is living a great moment. After becoming the first winner of Telemundo’s reality show, La Casa de Los Famosos, her work life was re-injected with vitality, however, on a personal level, she seems not to be doing well, and emotionally she feels “fractured” and “heartbroken”, as she highlighted on Instagram.

Alicia shared a photograph on the social network, where she appears next to her grandmother, to whom she dedicated the following words of gratitude and farewell: “Grandma, you are the most wonderful woman I will ever meet again. Thank you is too little to thank you for my life itself. My greatest values as a human being I will always owe to you.

May you rest in peace. It will not be easy for those of us who had you to get over your departure. I am fractured, disconsolate”.

In this same publication, after exposing her gratitude and pain, the former Miss Universe explained to the public what she was going through like this: “My people, my grandmother just passed away, I ask you for a prayer on her behalf. I love you grandma. RIP”.

Friends of Alicia Machado have reacted to her words. Ninel Conde, Itatí Cantoral, Alejandro Chabán, Scarlett Ortiz, Ivonne Montero, Nieda Sandoval, Laura Flores, Brenda Kellerman, and Maribel Guardia have expressed their solidarity with the Venezuelan actress.

Several pages, accounts, and fan clubs of Alicia Machado also expressed their support with words of encouragement and prayers in honor of the actress’ grandmother. One of these messages reads as follows: “My beautiful Ali, I send many hugs for you and your mommy, I know there are no words for this, I know that it is difficult to assimilate, but the most wonderful and beautiful is to remember the best moments with her and what she taught you. I repeat I send you a huge hug and many kisses, and of course, she will be in our prayers RIP”.
