American Youtuber Jake Paul acquires Yadier Molina’s Dorado Beach mansion for $15.75 million

Enjoying a $15.75M oceanfront retreat, Jake Paul dives into Puerto Rican real estate with the luxurious ex-home of MLB star Yadier Molina.

SAN JUAN – American “YouTuber” Jake Paul acquired for $15,750,000 a property owned by former Puerto Rican baseball player Yadier Molina in the exclusive housing area The Legacy Dorado Beach East, in Dorado, a municipality on the north coast of Puerto Rico.

The residence is located by the sea in Dorado, on a 12,087-square-foot (1,124.3 square meters) lot with eight bedrooms, eight full and two half bathrooms, a garage, a swimming pool, and even a golf course, among other amenities, according to local media reports Thursday.

The real estate company Zillow details on its website that the residence had been for sale since May 3, 2022. At that time, the asking price was $28 million.

However, Zillow notes that the cost was nearly halved until Paul purchased it this Wednesday.

The two-level home features an entertainment area with a pool table, game machines, a gym, a studio lounge for business meetings or producing digital content, an elevator, a wine fridge, and six parking spaces.

The structure also has a bar, a private pool, and a covered cabana to protect from the sun, several rooms, and one is decorated with a wall that simulates a baseball stadium.

Because of its location, the house has a monthly maintenance fee of $750, which includes access to the amenities of the Dorado Beach complex.

Molina retired from the Major Leagues in 2022 after 19 years as the St. Louis Cardinals’ star catcher.

Since then, he has managed several teams, including the Navegantes del Magallanes in the Venezuelan Professional Baseball League and Puerto Rico in the World Baseball Classic.

Paul, meanwhile, is a boxer, YouTube personality, and career manager of Puerto Rican boxer Amanda Serrano, whom he helped land her first contract for over $1 million.
