Ari Borova made it known the arrival of a new musical project, which promises to be a success. We are talking about 2000’s Pop Tour, the successor of the 90’s Pop Tour, the series of concerts that for more than four years brought together the greatest exponents of pop music during the nineties in Mexico on the same stage.
Through his Instagram account, the former member of OV7 and CEO of BOBO Producciones shared a short video showing the logo of this innovative proposal, of which many details are not yet known, but which has caused great furor among fans of Mexican pop music.
After the announcement, fans pointed out that Jesse & Joy, Belanova, Camila, Reik, Lú, Nikki Clan, Natalia Lafourcade, Playa Limbo and Ha*Ash are some of the artists who should be part of this project, since they enjoyed great popularity in the 00’s. But nevertheless, it’s still too early to know the cast and the start date of the tour.
Will RBD be part of 2020’s Pop Tour?
Another of the groups most mentioned by the public was RBD, who won a millionaire amount with his virtual concert. Due to their recent and long-awaited reunion, there are those who assure that it is almost certain that they can be part of the 2000’s Pop Tour.
However, you should know that Ari Borovoy has been looking to achieve this feat since 2018, since in an interview for the magazine Who confessed: “I have a very good relationship with them, I was in RBD: La Familia, on top of that I’ve known Dulce, Anahí and Maite for many years… It’s not something that seems like it’s going to happen soon, We haven’t talked about it in depth.”
What happened between Ari Borovoy and the cast of the 90’s Pop Tour?
as you mentioned AmericanPost.News previously, Ari Borovoy had serious clashes with the cast of the 90’s Pop Tour, same that triggered the withdrawal of several artists, failures in salary payments, legal problems and a break between the members of OV7.
