The Attorney General of the Mexican State of Michoacán (FGE) arrested this Friday a subject identified as Fernando “N”, accused of being allegedly responsible for the sexual abuse committed against his 6 and 14-year-old stepdaughters.

According to the information compiled by the Prosecutor’s Office, in the month of August 2021, Fernando “N” would have entered the victims’ room and sexually assaulted them, “a situation that occurred repeatedly, the authorities emphasized.

Being aware of what was happening in the home where the little ones were, their relatives filed a complaint with the Zamora Regional Prosecutor’s Office, “which collected evidence of the possible participation of the accused in the crime, and who requested arrest warrant,” the prosecutor’s office said.

The authorities indicated that during an operation the capture of this subject was carried out, who was admitted to a Penitentiary Center.

“Once the Control Judge presented the respective order, in operational action, agents of the Investigative Police, with the support of the Civil Guard, arrested Fernando “N” and admitted him to the Penitentiary Center, waiting for it to be resolved. their legal situation”, reads the statement.
