Artificial intelligence draws the characters of Dragon Ball Z

Dragon Ball Z remains one of the most incredible anime series in Western popular culture in the last decade. And now, it seems that it is possible to know what the characters look like in real life thanks to artificial intelligence.

The shonen series created by Akira Toriyama continues today from Dragon Ball Super. Characters like Goku and Vegeta have hardly aged due to their saiyajin genes. Still, others like Gohan, Goten, and Trunks finally grew up with the release of Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero.

American Post News recently shared about artificial intelligence that drew characters from The Knights of the Zodiac with a hyper-realistic look. And now, it’s finally the turn of the Z Warriors.

As reported by FayerWayer, the artist Helvecio BNF surprised everyone with his illustrations hosted on his Deviantart account. The illustrator shared several fan arts focused on classic anime from the 90s.

DBZ illustrations won a large percentage in Helvecio BNF’s gallery, as these seem to be inspired by Akira Toriyama’s stroke in the Majin Boo saga.

We can find portraits of Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, Bulma, Trunks, Yamcha, and more of the Z warriors. The level of realism is high and makes us want a live-action movie far removed from the failure of Dragon Ball Evolution.

How many characters are from Dragon Ball?

Taking into account the relevant ones like Goku and Vegeta, Dragon Ball has more than 600 characters created by Akira Toriyama. You can watch the Japanese animation adaptations from the Crunchyroll platform in Japanese and English subtitles.
