Singer Babyface sells his lavish Beverly Crest mansion for $6.5 million, featuring 11,000 square feet, six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a music studio, wine cellar, and a swimming pool.

Singer Kenneth Brian Edmonds, 53, better known as Babyface, recently sold his mansion in Beverly Crest, California.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, which broke the news, the property was originally put on the market in May 2022 for $8,000,000. However, months later, it was already at $7,5000,000.

The figure received was higher than the 4,100,000 dollars he paid in 2004.

According to the technical specifications released by several media specialized in real estate sales, the mansion has an extension of more than 11,000 square feet, with six bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

It also has a foyer, kitchen, dining room, living room, main living room, bar, music studio, two gyms, wine cellar, movie theater, laundry room, and garage, among other rooms.

Outside, the new owners will enjoy a terrace, extensive areas, a swimming pool with its respective spa area, and multiple waterfalls, among other amenities.
