Mexican boxer Saúl Canelo Álvarez announced that he has put up for sale his mansion ‘Las Reinas,’ located in Mexico and the place where a few days ago he celebrated his daughter Emily Cinnamon Álvarez’s fifteenth birthday.
The property, located in Guadalajara, has more than 4,000 square meters. According to the real estate agent in charge of the transaction, Jorge Morquecho, it is expected to be sold for 29 million Mexican pesos, or almost $1.5 million.
However, the transaction in a future sale would be marked by certain rules that must be met by those interested in acquiring the property, according to Morquecho himself, among which is that the events terrace must bear the name of the winner of 57 professional boxing bouts.
“It must have Saul’s authorization and remain as a small museum, a marked property that was his, and that the events terrace bears his name, even if it has another owner and another administration,” he said concerning the house.

Likewise, Morquecho affirmed that Canelo Alvarez is in no hurry to leave the property and that he is selling it mainly because it is uninhabited because the fighter is living in the United States.
The infrastructure has three bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a recreation patio, an event room, jacuzzi, and most of the ceramics are made of marble, besides having been designed by Canelo himself.
