Captured two subjects suspected of sexually abusing a 40-year-old man in Honduras

As a result of a formal complaint, officials of the National Police arrested two suspects of a sexual crime in flagrante delicto.

The Honduran National Police reported the capture of two subjects suspected of having sexually abused a 40-year-old man in the Santa Bárbara municipality.

In the preliminary report, the Honduran authorities detail that after learning what happened, a team of agents from the Police Directorate of Investigations (DPI) and the National Directorate for Prevention and Community Security (DNPSC) located and detained the alleged perpetrators in the Abajo neighborhood. of the municipality of Santa Barbara.

According to the Honduran police, the suspects are a 42-year-old subject, originally from the municipality of San Luis, Santa Bárbara, and another 52-year-old, originally from El Triunfo, Choluteca, both from Honduras.

“They were prepared and sent an investigative report, for the commission of the crimes of rape and rape in their degree of execution of an attempt to be an accomplice of the crime,” reads the letter.

Finally, the authorities affirmed that they have the detainees at the disposal of the Prosecutor’s Office of that locality so that they can proceed according to what the law corresponds to.
