Every year Chick-fil-A releases a Christmas movie and this year’s movie is now available on an interactive website. The film invites viewers to appreciate all the moments in life, even if they are not very good. This is the third Christmas movie made by the fast food chain, best known for its popular chicken sandwiches.

To see the short film, you can go to the EvergreenHills.com website or wait for Thanksgiving to air on NBC. It will also be shown in some cinemas.

In this year’s movie, Sam, the main character from the 2020 and 2019 Christmas movies, returns for a new adventure in the city of Evergreen Hills.. This time Sam shows up with her friend, CeCe.

An accident while decorating the Christmas tree leads the two girls to The Whoopsery, a bakery where the girls learn that sometimes the unexpected can be the beginning of something wonderful.

The film is two minutes long and was released digitally on November 9 on the EvergreenHills.com website. The short has subtitles in Spanish. It will premiere on television on Thanksgiving Day on NBC and will continue to air on television and in theaters through Christmas Eve.

“This time of year can be full of unrealistic expectations. From choosing the perfect tree, to serving the perfect food, to answering the question, ‘What traditions am I creating for my family? The list goes on and on, ”said Ashley Callahan, senior director of integrated creativity at Chick-fil-A, according to All On Georgia.

“We want to encourage people to view all messy real-life experiences, not worthy of social media, as opportunities to hug them and not miss the wonderful moments we are with the people we love. We hope this year’s movie inspires more people to find joy when things don’t go as planned.”.

As for the interactive experiences that you can have on the EvergreenHills.com website, there is that of sending a recipe card to a person you want.

The printed recipe card includes instructions for making a Peppermint Milkshake Pie, plus a promotion for a free Peppermint Chip Milkshake.

Chick-fil-A will mail recipe cards directly to the addresses you enter on the website. Once the printed recipe cards with free shake promotions are sold out, The Whoopsery website will begin offering only digital recipe cards that people can email to friends and family.
