The son of the supermodel Cindy Crawford, Presley Gerber, has just bought his first home in Los Angeles, California. According to several specialized media, the 23-year-old paid $3.4 million.

Gerber’s new property is located in Hollywood Hills on a 0.41-acre lot, and the house was built in the 1950s.

Although the residence was built many years ago, Gerber will be able to enjoy a home in pristine condition thanks to the maintenance and remodeling that has been done in recent years. You can also feel secure because tall trees and large gates surround the structure.

The main house has an extension of 3,000 square feet distributed in four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a foyer, a living room, a main living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a laundry room, and other amenities.

Inside, features such as hardwood floors, white walls, a wood-burning fireplace, large windows, and other details stand out. The master bedroom has a bathroom with granite countertops, a soaking tub, and a walk-in closet.

In addition to the main house, there is a guest house with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and all the necessary spaces.

Outside are green areas ideal for walking and enjoying the outdoors with family and friends.
