Dan Reynolds, the lead singer of the American band Imagine Dragons, recently paid $5.8 million for a mansion in Los Feliz, California.

The property joins an enviable portfolio of properties owned by the 35-year-old singer, including one in Malibu and another in Eagle Rock, the latter of which is considered his primary residence. Still, it is unknown if he will decide to move into the new property.

Reynolds recently divorced Aja Volkman, so it’s safe to assume that the singer is interested in changing his residence.

The new mansion was originally built in the 50s, but it has been remodeled and maintained in the last few years to keep it in perfect condition. It is also known that the property entered the real estate market in January of this year for $8 million. Still, it seems that the lack of interested parties lowered its cost until it reached the $5.8 million the singer agreed to pay.

The main house spans 6,136 square feet on two floors with four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a foyer, a living room, a theater room, an office, a dining room, a kitchen, a laundry room, and other amenities.

Interior highlights include walnut coffered ceilings, polished limestone floors, floor-to-ceiling steel doors, and white onyx skylights.

The kitchen is gourmet in style, with custom walnut cabinetry, marble countertops, and high-end appliances.

The master suite features a private balcony with an outdoor shower, in addition to the amenities offered by the private bathroom. There is also enough space inside for a large bed, sitting area, and walk-in closet.

In addition to the main house, there is a guest house that can also function as a house for entertaining, as it is equipped with a bar, steam shower, wine cellar, terrace, and other luxuries.

The exterior is just as impressive as the mansion’s interior, with green areas, fruit trees, palm trees, a saltwater pool, and other spaces ideal for outdoor enjoyment.
