Dangerous MS-13 gang member captured after attacking a police patrol in El Salvador

This Friday a dangerous gang member of the MS13 (Mara Salvatrucha) was captured, after having attacked police officers from Ahuachapán, in El Salvador.

The offender was identified as José Benjamín Cabrera, alias “Mincho”, who, when intervened for his capture, responded by attacking the patrol with an M16 rifle, according to the authorities.

“Our troops repelled the attack, only the gang member being injured, who was transferred to a care center, where he is heavily guarded, leaving shell casings and the rifle he used in the attack on the scene,” the Salvadoran police detailed in their account. On twitter.

The subject will be charged with the crimes of imperfect aggravated homicide and carrying weapons of war; “This gang member will spend decades in jail,” authorities said.
