El Mencho uses TikTok to issue warnings to Jalisco Cartel’s Michoacan rivals

The dark side of social media as DEA's top target, El Mencho, purportedly exploits TikTok for vendetta-filled declarations.

The use of social networks by criminal groups is becoming increasingly common, with criminal groups issuing threats to their enemies through various platforms.

Through a video circulating on TikTok, an alleged recording of the leader of the Jalisco Cartel – New Generation (CJNG), Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, alias “El Mencho,” was released, in which he addresses citizens of Michoacan while issuing warnings against rival groups.

The recorded message, in which the voice of “El Mencho” can be heard, is two minutes long. The image shows heavily armed men with their faces covered.

What does ‘El Mencho’ warn his enemies through Tik Tok?

'El Mencho' es uno de los hombres más buscados por la DEA
El Mencho” is one of the DEA’s most wanted men.

The message in which a signature voice can be heard begins with a greeting to the citizens of the state of Michoacán, the state in which his cartel operates, and launches a warning to his rival groups, directly to El Migueladas and El Tena, as well as the criminal group Los Viagras.

The first part of the message states, “I hereby address all the citizens of the beautiful state of Michoacán to let you know that we are going all out against El Migueladas, Los Viagras, and El Tena.

He also questioned the actions of these two criminals: “According to them, they see for the peace of Michoacán. I believe that those who charge quotas and do not let merchants, businessmen, and farmers work are never looking out for the people’s peace”.

The leader of the Jalisco Cartel – New Generation (CJNG) reiterates that he is against people who come to take away the peace of Michoacán and assures that he helps people with low incomes.

As we have mentioned in other American Post News news articles, Nemesio Oseguera, “El Mencho,” is currently the most wanted man by the United States Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), which is offering a reward of USD 10,000,000 for his capture.
