Everyone to Qatar 2022: 1.8 million tickets have already been sold for the World Cup

The Organizing Committee of the FIFA World Cup in Qatar 2022 has reported that in the first phase of ticket sales have already been awarded 1.8 million and that next July 5 a new phase begins, in which it is already possible to buy tickets knowing the 32 teams that will play the tournament and the complete schedule.

Tickets will be assigned in order of request and will be confirmed immediately after payment. In the event that a large volume of requests is received, an order of priority will be established.

In addition to the host country, the 10 nations from which more tickets have been requested in the last sales period among them, Germany, Saudi Arabia, Canada, United Arab Emirates, United States. Spain, France, India and England.

This new period will end on August 16 at 12:00 CET and each fan may purchase a maximum of six seats per match and 60 throughout the competition.

As announced by FIFA, there will be tickets available for all matches, with the exception of the opening match and the final, and there will be individual locations for specific matches, team tickets, for those who wish to follow a specific team from the start of the group stage, and season tickets for four different stadiums on consecutive days.

Accessibility tickets can also be purchased to facilitate access for people with disabilities and reduced mobility to adapted facilities and spaces.
