A two-year-old boy died and his father was seriously injured after being attacked with bullets. when they were traveling in a van, in Nuevo León, northern Mexico.

In an official statement, the Montemorelos Public Security Secretariat confirmed the facts and stressed that it is “an isolated situation in which a family participates after suffering an attack by unidentified civilians ” and stated that the investigation of the case are in the hands of the State Attorney’s Office.
