Four of the Gulf Cartel behind bars for attacks on Mexican soldiers in the border area

A total of 4 drug traffickers and alleged members of the Gulf Cartel (CDG) they were arrested, consigned and linked to a process in Mexico.

These subjects were detained after the armed confrontation registered on November 2 in the border municipality of Miguel Alemán, in the state of Tamaulipas.

The members of the Gulf Cartel are accused of the crimes of aggravated possession of a firearm, possession of chargers and cartridges for firearms for the exclusive use of the Armed Forces, while three of them are also accused of homicide qualified in tentative degree.

The four alleged hitmen who are members of the Gulf Cartel were detained by soldiers from the Secretariat of National Defense (Sedena), in possession of five firearms of different calibers, one of them a Barret rifle; 45 magazines and 1,120 cartridges, both of different calibers, as well as an armored vehicle, of the known as monsters.

Those linked to the process Miguel “N”, Jesús “N”, Carlos “N” and Raúl “N”, the latter do not accuse him of qualified homicide.
