In a recent episode of Secreto de Villanas, Gabriela Spanic, a renowned telenovela star, made a public accusation against fellow actor Pablo Montero. Spanic claimed she was a victim of sexual abuse at the hands of Montero.
She stated, “They told me at the prosecutor’s office that I couldn’t talk about this, but I found out from some lawyers before opening my mouth. I can talk about this and with a lot of security, there inside I suffered a crime, and when it is a crime, there is no confidentiality that is worth, then it can be told: sexual abuse.”
Spanic described the incident, saying, “I was smoking my cigarette, he grabbed it, it fell on my breasts, and he started to grab my breasts, he grabbed me by the arm, he wanted to kiss me by force. I was screaming: ‘Get me out of here'”. The details regarding whether Spanic has filed a complaint with the authorities remain unclear.
The location of the alleged assault is also unknown, but it is speculated to have possibly occurred during the second season of Telemundo’s La Casa de los Famosos, where both actors were part of the cast.
Montero’s History of Allegations and His Defense
This incident is not isolated in Pablo Montero’s career. Earlier in 2023, two women from Tapachula, Chiapas, reported Montero for alleged sexual abuse. According to TVNotas magazine, these alleged victims were minors. The Chiapas Attorney General’s Office responded by instructing the Integral Unit of Investigation and Sexual Crimes of Tapachula to locate and present Oscar Daniel Hernandez Rodriguez, Montero’s legal name.
Montero, known for his role in Fuego en la Sangre, has vigorously denied these allegations. He told TVNotas, “I don’t know what you’re talking about, I haven’t done anything. I would be incapable of doing something like that. I don’t know anything, I’m not like that, and I don’t want to talk about it because I’m not like that, and they know me.”

He expressed his frustration, adding, “It pisses me off that they do these things, I would never in my life do this. I’m surprised you’re talking to me about it. First, I’d shoot myself in the head before doing that, I’ll tell you once and for all. You know my pants very well first, I’d shoot myself in the head before that happens”.
At present, Montero has not issued any public statement on social media platforms regarding these allegations.
