Retired baseball player Jorge Posada is selling his mansion in Coral Gables, Florida, for $19.9 million.

Posada and his wife, Laura Posada, had owned the property since 2010 when they bought it for $6.25 million. If the couple receives the expected $19.9 million, they will receive an impressive profit.

The former Puerto Rican player officially retired from baseball on January 24, 2012, after 17 years as a catcher with the New York Yankees. He played with this team all his life, and although he was offered other opportunities, he never accepted them.

The house for sale has an extension of 11,800 square feet distributed in seven bedrooms, a foyer, two living rooms, a dining room, a kitchen, a laundry room, two offices, a gym, a movie theater, a game room, and other amenities.

Inside are several luxuries, such as the kitchen with polished marble countertops and high-end appliances. The curved staircase, the shiny floor, and the spaciousness of each space stand out.

The master bedroom has plenty of room for a large bed, sitting area, walk-in closet, private bathroom, and a private terrace with a breathtaking view.

One of this property’s most attractive features is that you have direct access to the Atlantic Ocean.

As a good and exclusive home in Florida, this property has outdoor spaces ideal for hanging out with family and friends. Among the spaces is a large terrace with comfortable seating, a dining area, a swimming pool, putting green, and more.
