This Monday, August 9 The US currency begins the day in Mexico with a value of 19.94 units of pesos per dollar. Starting the week in positive territory against the Aztec currency if we compare it with the figures of last Friday.
At a bank window, for the purchase the Mexican currency is quoted at 19.71 units per dollar and for the sale the price is 20.17 pesos per green currency.
The peso starts the session with an appreciation of 0.10% or 1.9 cents, trading around 20.02 pesos per dollar, with the exchange rate touching a minimum of 19.9960 and a maximum of 20.0967 pesos per dollar.

July non-farm payroll data for the month of July was released on Friday, and they were positive for the creation of 943,000 non-agricultural jobs in the country, a figure above the 875,000 predicted by analysts. These data are always key to determining the exchange rate in the markets.
This is the second month in a row that employment data has positively exceeded expert expectations.
