Inés Gómez Mont is accused by the FGR of having received MILLIONS from a ghost company

Mexico. The Mexican television presenter Inés “N”, who is accused of alleged fraud carried out in Mexico, now faces a new charge; supposedly he would have received 14 million pesos belonging to ghost companies.

In several news portals it is shared that Inés “N” received said amount and it is the Attorney General’s Office (FGR) who makes it public, and also specifies that that money would be related to the business of her husband, Víctor “N”.

Also in the report of the FGR it is mentioned that of the aforementioned amount, 2 thousand 500 million pesos were diverted from the Ministry of the Interior (SEGOB).

The Political Animal media outlet specifies that the report details that the FGR failed to prove that Inés “N” and her husband Víctor “N” were the alleged leaders of the act in which these diversions were made, as well as the main beneficiaries, because a judge concluded that it could not be proven that the couple organized said fraud, since according to the file itself, they received the equivalent of less than 1% of the diverted money.

Regarding the aforementioned, the same newspaper warns: “Through hundreds of transfers and deposits, the resources were moving towards the Rancel, SA de CV companies; Modemo, SA de CV; Comcelint, SA de CV; Technology and Innovation Arrimplo, SA de CV; Gupea Construcciones, SA de CV, and Engineering and Architecture Tangamanga, SA de CV. It is, according to the investigation, shell companies.

But also in the document presented by the media you can read the name of Inés Gómez Mont in 2 companies: Tangamanga, from which 12 withdrawals came out for 7 million 395 thousand pesos; and Gupea, where 15 withdrawals were made for 7 million 448 thousand 816 pesos.

Inés “N” and her husband Víctor “N” are currently fugitives from justice after being accused of money laundering and embezzlement, diversion of resources of more than 3 billion pesos.
