While for millions the pandemic brought tragedy, unemployment and desolation, for others, as is the case of the singer Jason Derulo, quite the opposite happened – thanks to what happened in the last two years, he managed to revive his career and place himself back in the public’s taste.
The also-dancer born in Miraflor, Florida, was one of the many celebrities who were not afraid to venture into Tiktok, where he already has almost 52 million followers, while his song ‘Savage Love’ managed to position itself as number one thanks to the famous app.
The success achieved, which has allowed it to conquer the new generations and take a second wind, has been translated into substantial economic gains and the purchase of an imposing mansion in Encino, California.
According to information from various media specialized in the sale of real estate, the musician, who hates being confused with Usher, disbursed $3.55 million dollars for a two-story residence.
The house, built in 2020, passed into his hands after its former owner, whose identity is unknown, decided to put it on the market just six months after buying it for $3.3 million dollars.
The building, which stands out for its white facade and gray tile, has an area of 4,864 square feet, with five bedrooms, with 5.5 bathrooms, with a hall, with a kitchen, with a dining room, with a dining room, with a living room, with a main room and with a family room.
The kitchen is semi-closed and very spacious. It is outfitted with chocolate and brown cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a center island, and a dining table that seats five.
The house is completed by a bar, a movie theater, a laundry room, balconies, a garage for two vehicles, among other rooms.
Outside, on his lot 0.23 acres, It has a terrace, with extensive green areas, a swimming pool with waterfall and its respective spa area, as well as a barbecue area, among other amenities.
