According to information from various media, the interpreter of ‘Flashing Lights’ is the new owner of a house that was designed by the renowned Japanese architect Tadao Ando, of whom he is a fervent admirer.

Before passing into the hands of North’s dad, Saint, Psalm, and Chicago West, the property belonged to financier Richard Sachs, who was in charge of sending it to build and did so by injecting it with a very particular style, apparently more of a bunker than a house.

“The structure reportedly required 1,200 tons of poured concrete, 200 tons of steel reinforcing steel, and 12 posts driven into the ground, to prevent the monstrously heavy house from sinking into the sand,” the note read. published by the portal Dirt.

The sale was carried out in an off-market operation, which is why there are no photographs available of its interiors.

The property, which originally went on sale in May 2020 for $ 75 million and is spread over three floors, has an area of ​​3,665 square feet, with four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.

It also has a hall, kitchen, dining room, living room, main room, roof garden, among other rooms.

Outside, on its 5,672-square-foot lot, it has direct access to the beach, but no green areas.
