Before passing into the hands of North’s dad, Saint, Psalm, and Chicago West, the property belonged to financier Richard Sachs, who was in charge of sending it to build and did so by injecting it with a very particular style, apparently more of a bunker than a house.

The property, which originally went on sale in May 2020 for $ 75 million and is spread over three floors, has an area of 3,665 square feet, with four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.
It also has a hall, kitchen, dining room, living room, main room, roof garden, among other rooms.
Outside, on its 5,672-square-foot lot, it has direct access to the beach, but no green areas.
