Gene Simmons, leader of the KISS group, surprised locals and strangers after he decided part with all your mansions in California to make a fresh start in Nevada, however, the taste was short-lived.
According to information from People magazine, the 72-year-old musician decided to put up for sale the imposing mansion that he acquired just four months ago and for which he paid $ 8 million.
Despite the fact that it has not been half a year since he acquired it, the artist seems to be willing to do the business of his life, having launched it on the market for $ 14.95 million, almost double what he paid.

The reasons why he would have decided to put it up for sale were because his family was not very convinced with his idea of moving in the vicinity of Las Vegas, so he chose to listen to them and get rid of his most recent architectural gem.
The house, according to what we could see in the data sheet, is distributed over two floors and has an area of 10,871 square feet, with six bedrooms, six bathrooms and two half bathrooms.
The residence is completed by a hall, kitchen, dining room, living room, main room, TV room, movie room, games room, bar, aquarium, laundry room, among other rooms.

Although the interiors are very beautiful and blend in with the exterior thanks to its glass walls, it is the exteriors that take the reflectors.
From what we learned, in the garden area there are large green areas, koi fish pond, swimming pool with its respective spa area, jacuzzi, barbecue area, terrace, fireplace, among other amenities.
