Given the enormous success of ‘La Casa de los Famosos’ in 2021, the reality show returns with a second season.
Since the first edition ended, Telemundo did not take long to announce that the house would reopen its doors for a new installment with new celebrities who will have to face confinement, but what no one imagined was that it would arrive so soon.
It was this Wednesday, April 6, that the official promo revealing the premiere date was published on the television network’s Instagram account.
“Lights, camera and action. #LCDLF2 is full of drama, challenges, romances and scandals. Get ready for a real life soap opera! New season Tuesday May 10 7PM/6C on Telemundo!”, is what can be read in the publication.
The post has a clip in which they let the members see in the shadows of whom it is already known by confirmation from the journalist Mandy Fridmann that Toni Costa is part of them.
“We can confirm unofficially that Toni Costa will be one of the talents that will be in the house that has 50 cameras that see absolutely everything,” Mandy advanced exclusively for El Diario Nueva York.
And everything seems to indicate that Telemundo seeks to repeat that success it had in its first version in which it crowned Alicia Machado as the winner of the $200,000 prize, since it is also confirmed that it included among its participants figures such as the always controversial Niurka Frames.
“Bebenius! His #MamaNiu enters #LCDLF2. Do not let go of me, we will be super connected to win”, Niurka herself confirmed on her Instagram account. “I assure you that you have never seen me as close as you will see me in this new Telemundo reality show,” she assured in another publication.
Regarding the rest of the possible candidates, it is rumored that Laura Bozzo, Ivonne Montero, Mayeli Alonso, Daniella Navarro, Brenda Zambrano, Natalia Alcocer, Julia Gama, Luis “Potro” Caballero, Eduardo Rodríguez, Nacho Castano, Salvador Zerboni, Rafael Nieves, Juan Vidal, Osvaldo Ríos and El Bebeto are the ones who have allegedly already signed a contract to be part of the program, according to the @chamonic3 account on Instagram.
Regarding the dynamics of the game, everything seems to indicate that there will be no major changes compared to the first format that was made up of stars such as Kimberly Flores, Manelyk González, Roberto Romano, Gaby Spanic, Pablo Montero, Celia Lora, among others.
