Among the active players with the most points scored in the NBA, Carmelo Anthony is second, just behind LeBron James. The two shared the iconic 2003 draft, and their careers unfolded in different directions.
LeBron has already added four titles to his record, while Carmelo is still in search of his first ring. So joining a revenge-hungry contender like the Lakers, while meeting one of his best friends, should elevate Anthony’s motivation to the highest level.
