MasterChef Celebrity chose its reality show winner this Sunday night after the grand finale was won by the outstanding celebrities Arturo López Gavito, Lorena Herrera, and Ricardo.
There is no doubt that the three of them gave the best of their knowledge in Mexico’s most famous kitchen, where they surprised the chefs and their companions who accompanied them in this last program.
The first to leave the final was actress Alejandra Ávalos, who was recognized as the fourth place of the program, leaving the three aforementioned in the fight for the top spots.

In the end, Ricardo was declared the winner, defeated his fellow contestants, and was overjoyed due to all the problems he initially faced.
Ricardo received the trophy from the hands of Naty, the last winner of MasterChef Jr., and, to the shout of “Loba, Loba, Loba!
La Loba, as she became known for her iconic phrase throughout the episodes, filled the kitchen with spice, charisma, and laughter, winning not only the hearts of the audience but also the palates of Chef Betty and Chefs José Ramón Castillo and Pablo Albuerne.

The former judge of “La Academia” has distinguished himself for the formality and severity with which he makes known his criticism generating great controversy. However, on this occasion, a more vulnerable side was seen in the most famous kitchen in Mexico since he spoke of his feelings on the verge of tears on more than one occasion. The final was no exception as he recalled each of the moments he went through.
“I am me, that I came out of me, that I have gone through many things, that I am vulnerable and open. I want to cry, and I want to cry all my life of gratitude and inspiration (…). This program changed my life. I will never be the same person. From being broken, being vulnerable, I’m back,” said López Gavito when asked about his before and after participating in “MasterChef Celebrity.”
