Grammy-winning rapper Lizzo paid $15 million for a mansion in Beverly Hills, California, rebuilt a few years ago.

The 0.31-acre lot where Lizzo’s mansion is located in the same lot where the first mansion that fellow singer Harry Styles bought in the United States used to be and where he lived from 2014 to 2016.

It is known that Styles sold the property in 2016 to Simo Design, a couple of designers who decided to demolish the property and build a bigger and more modern mansion. At the time, it was also said that the pop star lost $1 million with this sale.

Upon completion of the construction of the new mansion, this property was sold for $11 million to Aaron Bay-Schuck, the current CEO of Warner Records, and he sold it to Lizzo.

The 34-year-old American rapper can enjoy a 5,300-square-foot mansion with three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a foyer, a living room, the main living room, a TV room, a dining room, a kitchen, a laundry room, and other amenities.

Among the details in the interior is the double-height ceiling in the foyer, revolving front door, library carved in ceramic brick, floor-to-ceiling windows, Ipe wood balconies, and more.

The kitchen has a very modern and minimalist style with oiled walnut cabinets and quartzite stone countertops, the same material as the large central island. It is also equipped with high-end appliances.

In the center of the house is an atrium that shelters a fig tree and allows the place to be illuminated with natural light.

Outside the property, there are green areas with a dining room, terrace, 58-foot infinity pool, and other ideal spaces to enjoy the outdoors with family and friends.
