The couple made up of Jessica biel Y Justin timberlake recently sold the antipaparazzi penthouse he owned in New York.
The property, which was bought by the couple in 2017 after paying $ 20.2 million, was sold in $ 29 million, so they did a great deal with their investment.
According to the New York Post, which was the media that released the news, the sale was completed, on December 22, in an off-market operation.

Menemshovitz NY Realty Inc. is the new owner of the iconic residence.
Regarding the interior characteristics, the apartment has an extension of 5,375 square feet, with four bedrooms, with four full baths and with two half baths.

It also has a hall, kitchen, dining room, living room, main room, entertainment room, elevator, a large terrace with various outdoor furniture, among other rooms.

In the common areas the new owners will enjoy a 71 sq. ft. indoor pool, game room, one 5,000 square foot rooftop terrace, fitness center, Turkish bath, porter service, concierge and valet parking.

The building that Jessica and Justin leave is a favorite among celebrities, as celebrities such as Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively, Jennifer Lawrence, Jake Gyllenhaal Rebel WIlson, Lewis hamilton, among others.
The reason why this structure, located at 443 Greenwich St., seems to have a magnet with the cream of sports and entertainment is due to the privacy it offers to its residential, to such a degree of being considerate antipaparazzi, as there is no way for someone to be portrayed once they walk through its doors.
