New Hampshire trial begins for Mauricio Damian-Guerrero accused of stalking and filming an OnlyFans model in her sleep

Facing multiple charges, Mauricio Damian-Guerrero steps into court in a case of alleged stalking, uninvited visits, and invasion of privacy.

The New Hampshire trial of the Hispanic man accused of illegally entering the home of an OnlyFans model and filming her naked while she slept began this week.

Mauricio Damian-Guerrero, 20, who is charged with residential burglary, faces up to seven years in prison on each of the four counts.

Authorities allege that in the fall of 2021, the young man drove nearly 400 miles from Pennsylvania to the state where the victim, identified only as R.N., was staying with his mother in Somersworth. The Hispanic allegedly videotaped the woman as she slept naked. The defendant also allegedly lifted the top of her sheet.

Allegedly, the alleged pervert hid for about 48 hours in the home’s attic. When the victim inspected the space, she found food, headphones, and glasses with urine. Damien-Guerrero allegedly placed a motion device among the woman’s items to monitor her.

In her testimony Thursday in court, the OnlyFans account holder, who has not been identified, testified that they met after Damien-Guerrero subscribed to the service during that season.

While she said she did not recall details of many of the conversations they had over the subscription service, she admitted to leading him to the property.

Damian-Guerrero and the model began texting each other daily. However, they used to argue and block each other. Damien-Guerrero made at least six unannounced visits from Pennsylvania to New Hampshire along the referenced route.

Most of the time, the woman rejected the advances, but on one occasion, they had sex.

The man’s attorneys allege he believed they were in a romantic relationship.
