That residence, which is not the best known of the famous blonde and was built by architect Walter C. King, was in the news again a few hours ago after it was revealed that it selling for $899,000. Around three years ago, the same residence changed owners and was sold for $2.7 million.
The property dates back to 1937, extends over two floors, and has an attic area.
According to the technical specifications released by various real estate media, the property has an area of 1,200 square feet, two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a half bathroom.
It is completed by a foyer, kitchen, dining room, main living room, and laundry room, among other rooms.
