A OnlyFans model was charged with second-degree murder in Florida after she stabbed her boyfriend last April.
Authorities in Miami had initially declined to charge 25-year-old Courtney Clenney, alleging that she was acting in self-defense when she took it out on 27-year-old Christian “Toby” Obumseli.
The model, known as “Courtney Tailor”, once wounded her partner in the chest.
Miami-Dade State Attorney Kathy Rundle reported this week that the case was reopened for review. The accusation arose from the foregoing.
When officers arrived on the scene on April 3, they found Clenney covered in blood on the balcony of her luxury apartment in Miami.
This Thursday was supposed to, the criminal complaint that was sealed was publicly disclosed.
The defendant was arrested yesterday in Hawaiiconfirmed his lawyer Frank Prieto, as reported by Fox News yesterday.
The intervention of the authorities arises when the suspect receives treatment to rehabilitate herself from drug addiction and overcome a post-traumatic stress disorder.
“We are completely shocked by Courtney’s arrest based on clear evidence of self defense. Obumseli attacked and suffocated her that afternoon; Courtney had no choice but to meet force with force.“Prieto declared to the aforementioned medium.
“Furthermore, we are disappointed that the state attorney sought an arrest warrant in this matter; We have cooperated with this investigation from the beginning with both the State and the City of Miami Police Department,” added the attorney.
Obsumseli’s relatives were unhappy with the initial decision not to charge the woman.
Jeffrey Obumseli, brother of the deceased, argued that Clenney did not suffer any injuries in the domestic dispute that would justify his claim of self-defense..
“The bottom line here is inextricably clear: Courtney is being treated differently by the privilege of being a wealthy white woman“Jeffrey posed on Instagram.
“Within 24 hours of Toby’s death, the detective on the case prematurely concluded that this was not a crime of violence,” the relative argued.
