PGA Riviera Maya held the women’s golf tournament “Nine & Wine”

It was carried out Women’s tournament “Nine & Wine” commemorating the “International Women’s Day” at the Tulum Country Club facilities, where the golf course PGA Riviera Maya is located, which was the perfect setting to bring together all the women who love golf.

Under the United Nation International Women’s Day 2022 motto, “gender equality today for a sustainable tomorrow”, they recognize contribution of women and girls around the world, who are leading efforts to respond, mitigate and adapt to change climate to build a more sustainable future for all people.

Fernando Padrón CCM Director of Golf of PGA Riviera Maya commented that Grupo Piñero, its purpose is that Bahia Principe Golf, as part of the Living Resorts Division of the group, our objective is to become a benchmark in design, construction and management of golf courses in natural settings that respect the environment, and provide unique experiences for all types of players to enjoy this sport in really privileged settings.

The award for “Beat the Pro” was Christina Terranova

Closest Ball Awards at different holes: Carolyn Taylor, Carol Fiedelech, Maria José Aliseda, Deb Antista, Maria Neva, Judy Thrower. Award for “Beat the Pro” was Christina Terranova. Some of the prizes included golf clinics, day passes, spa treatments, green fees and many more.
