Who is El Oaxaco?

David Andrés Monreal is the right hand of Diego Rivas, nicknamed El Tacho, chief of plaza led by Los Chapitos in three municipalities of Sonora. They considered him one of the most effective operators for the Sinaloa Cartel group led by the sons of Chapo Guzmán, since they dispute total control of the organization with Ismael “el Mayo” Zambada. During the operation to capture El Oaxaco, the Secretary of National Defense (Sedena) seized several packages of cocaine, crystal and dope, weapons for the exclusive use of the Army, vehicles with handmade armor (monster type vehicles) and cash, totaling $7,000 dollars.
The soldiers also arrested three assassins who were accomplices of David AndrĂ©s Monreal: Francisco “H”, 21 years old; Eleazar “P”, 25 years old; and Cristian “B”, 37. All the detainees were placed at the disposal of the Mexican Federal Public Ministry accused of the crimes of drug trafficking, organized crime, and violation of the Mexican Federal Law on Firearms and Explosives.
