In social networks, videos and photographs circulate of how vehicles of drug traffickers of the Gulf Cartel (CDG) and the Northeast Cartel (CDN) after clashes in the border state of Tamaulipas in Mexico.

The scenes are the result of clashes and persecutions between rival armed groups against Mexican police and military in the last hours.

The shootings in various cities were unleashed since the weekend after the capture of the head of the Plaza del Gulf Cartel in the municipality of Matamoros, Oscar Antonio López Sandoval, aka the Drug or the Cyclone 89.

In the municipality of Miguel Alemán, the population was alerted to the constant confrontations between rival groups that dispute that border area for drug trafficking and migrants.

The violence in Miguel Alemán unleashed drug blockades on the highway to Reynosa, where a truck was set on fire at the height of the town Los Angeles, and the shootings kept the villagers locked in their homes.

The closure of this road caused long lines of vehicles, cargo trucks and trailers.

Firefighters had to come to put out the fire from the truck that was traversed.

Crime also blocked the main artery to prevent the arrival of convoys of military personnel who came to dissuade the gunmen who kept families in the urban area in distress.

According to information from local media, the strongest clashes were between soldiers and armed groups.

The videos and photographs reveal the level of violence deployed by the armed groups.

In networks, the same population alerted citizens of risk situations to avoid going out on the streets, since they were stealing vehicles to block avenues.

In the town Comales de Camargo, Tamaulipas, they still continued to report the passage of convoys of trucks of armed groups, some at high speed because they were going in pursuit.
