Among the main crimes solved through Alternative Justice are wrongful death, damages, injuries due to traffic events, threats, discrimination, breach of family assistance obligations, fraud, breach of trust, and theft (without violence), among others.
The facilitators provided alternatives such as online mediation so that citizens interested in solving their files could do so effectively and without leaving home.

The microsite was created to make known what the Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanisms consist of and what crimes are contemplated for mediation in the Alternative Criminal Justice Center: www.fgeqroo.gob.mx/portal/justiciaalternativa, a virtual consultation space for citizens.
The Quintana Roo Prosecutor’s Office He reiterated that he works to achieve the common well-being among the participants of an alternative procedure to reach agreements that allow the reparation of the damage caused by the commission of criminal, culpable, and patrimonial crimes in a peaceful manner and through dialogue.
