Mexican actress Rebecca Jones dies at 65 after battling health issues, leaving behind a legacy in the entertainment industry.

This Wednesday morning, March 22nd, the death of actress Rebecca Jones was confirmed after several health problems afflicting her. So far, the causes of death have not been given. Still, her public relations company assured everyone that she left surrounded by the love of her family and in peace. After the last time she was seen on social networks, she asked the public not to pity her for her appearance.

Rebecca Jones Fuentes Berain was married for 25 years to actor Alejandro Camacho, with whom she worked sharing credits in telenovelas such as: “El ángel caído”, “Cuna de lobos”, “La sonrisa del diablo”, “Imperio de cristal” and “Para volver a amar”. The couple had a son, Maximiliano, who is currently 33 years old.

“It is with deep sadness that we wish to inform you of the passing of our beloved and admired REBECCA ANNE JONES FUENTES,” reads the first part of the statement shared on her social networks by her public relations agency, in which they state that the actress “was accompanied at all times by her loved ones, she left in peace and with a deep gratitude to her audience for whom she worked all her life.”

The company also explained that in the coming days, her family and colleagues would join her to say goodbye as she wished. “Thank you to everyone attentive to Rebecca’s health at all times,” concludes the statement.
