Roberto Carlos announces tour of thirteen cities in the United States and Canada

Roberto Carlos expressed the emotion that supposes back to the stage through a tour that will begin in April 2022 touring thirteen cities of USA and Canada, Europe, several cities in Mexico and his native Brazil.

“Although my records are the ones that have taken my voice to all corners of the world, my live performances are what makes me happiest in my career,” said the singer in a statement in which he stressed: “In I feel more alive on the stage than anywhere else ”.

The 80-year-old artist’s two-month North American tour will include stops in the cities of Orlando, Atlanta, Washington DC, Boston, Chicago and Canada‘s Toronto.

It will then continue for New York, Texas McAllen, Dallas, Houston and El Paso, and will close in Los Angeles, where it will perform on May 21.

“Knowing that I will be close to my beloved audience again inspires me and fills me with joy,” he said.

It should be noted that Roberto Carlos also plans to release two albums for next year: one in Spanish and one in Portuguese.

The so-called King of Latin Music, and considered one of the main representatives of the romantic ballad, has more than 150 million records sold and is one of the most successful singers of all time.

Winner of a Grammy and two Latin Grammy awards, among many other awards, his record production is abundant to the point of being the first and only artist in Brazil to record at least one album each year throughout his career.
