Safe and sound was found the 2-year-old boy who was inside an SUV that had been stolen early this Sunday in the city of Sunnyvalein Santa Clara County.
A California Highway Patrol (CHP) officer in Sunnyvale located 2-year-old Jacob Jardine in a parking lot located approximately 4 miles from the place where the truck had been stolen.

California Highway Patrol had issued an Amber Alert on Sunday morning for the Bay Area counties for the missing child.
Little Jacob was transferred to a medical center to be physically evaluated before he was released to his relativesreported the Sunnyvale Department of Public Safety.
A woman was arrested Sunday night on suspicion of stealing the 2008 Buick Enclave pickup truck.inside which was Jacob Jardine.
Luong Tammy Huynh, 29, She was stopped by officers at approximately 8:30 p.m. this Sunday as she was returning to her residence on Florence Avenue.in San José, authorities reported Monday in a statement.
Authorities said they located a surveillance video further implicating Tammy Huynh as the person responsible for the van theft and the kidnapping of Jacob Jardine.
The woman was charged with kidnapping, child endangerment and vehicle theft.
Tammy Huynh is currently in custody at the Santa Clara County Main Jail.
At approximately 3:51 a.m. Sunday, the Buick Enclave van was stolen, with Jacob Jardine inside, parking lot of a motel at 590 N. Mathilda Avenue in Sunnyvale as her mother was unloading merchandise she had purchased.
