Canadian singer Drake, 35, gave a lot to talk about in recent days after making it known that he had bought a luxurious mansion in the area of Beverly hills, whose market value is around $ 65 million, but it would all have been a mess.
Although he did spend a few nights in the place, it was not because he bought it, but because he rented it.
So far it is unknown how much money he paid during his stay in the place, although it is believed that the monthly rent is $ 215,000 dollars.
According to the Dirt portal, which was the medium that released the news, the interpreter is in search of his new home, however, he has not yet decided where to invest.
The property, which was built this year by SAOTA Architects and is known as ‘Elementi’, has all the luxuries and comforts that we can imagine.
It has an area of 18,169 square feet, with seven bedrooms and 14 bathrooms.
It also has a kitchen, with dining room, with living room, with main room, with piano room, with games room, with lounge, with cinema room, with wine cellar, with tasting room, with massage room , with sauna, with gym, among other rooms.
Outside, on its 0.57 acre lot, it has a terrace, swimming pool with its respective spa area, firepit and spectacular views of the city and a forest area.
The house, which could also be bought for 1,000 bitcoins, is currently off the market, without, as of yet, knowing the reasons why its owners decided to make this decision.
