They are looking for an American suspected of killing and hiding a woman’s torso in a suitcase in a house in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico

SAN JUAN – The Puerto Rico Police are looking for a 53-year-old American accused to kill a woman, whose torso was found inside a suitcase he owned in an apartment building in Aguadilla (northwest).

The suspect was identified as Daunta Head, a Chicago resident, reported this Wednesday the commissioner of the Puerto Rico Police Bureau, Antonio López Figueroa.

Head, dark-skinned, 5’11” (1.80 meters) tall and weighing 225 pounds (102 kilos), was last seen in the town center of Aguadilla.

The last time Head was seen, he was wearing long blue pants, a short-sleeved white shirt with the phrase “No Problem”.

The Puerto Rico Police reported Tuesday that the apartment building staff was conducting an inspection, when they detected that in apartment number 7 there were traces of blood so the authorities were notified.

Police officers who went to the scene found the inside of the suitcase on torso of a woman in a state of decomposition.

Agent Harry Muñiz, supervised by Sergeant Ariel Irizarry, took charge of the investigation together with the prosecutor on duty.
