Agents from the Army and the National Anti-kidnapping Coordination (Conase) arrested Raphael BOoh the “Ghost”, identified as lieutenant and coordinator of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG) in Zacatecas.

The 32-year-old subject is also known as Don Rafa and/or Tío José and was captured in Chihuahua for the crime of aggravated kidnapping, since he is considered a relevant target in the structure of the criminal group.

According to information from Infobae, the alleged regional head of the CJNG would be responsible for the illegal deprivation of liberty of the brothers Javier “N” and Alejandra “N”, from Los Angeles, California, for whom the payment of 350 thousand pesos to his relatives.
