The legal defender asked that Jamie hand over to the court any type of recorded content of his daughter, including calls, emails, text messages and interaction on networks.

Matthew is in the midst of a full-scrutiny crusade toward the guardianship duties James held for his client for 13 years, according to The New York Times.

He demanded in court details about Britney’s fortune, estimated at about $ 60 million, as well as companies that have benefited from it in recent years.

In addition, it seeks that documents are revealed that explain the monthly monetary allowance that James gave Britney, as well as any exchange of emails or correspondence between them during the guardianship.

Media reports that Matthew’s court applications reach 110 pages.

The guardianship of the interpreter of “Toxic” ended on September 29; the resolution was issued by a judge in Los Angeles, California.

For their part, James’ legal representatives assure that he is fully willing to cooperate to expedite the process of his daughter’s release.

According to TMZ, there is a willingness to transfer files and materials to Britney’s team to show, once again, how she always wanted the best for her daughter.

Jamie is willing to provide for immediate termination of guardianship with no reservations or exceptions. Jamie unconditionally loves and supports his daughter.

“As he has done his entire life, he will do everything he can to protect and care for her, as has been the case for the past 13 years,” stated James’ legal team.

According to the outlet, James is not seeking additional compensation; his goal, he says, is to close this chapter as soon as possible.
