Host Conan O’Brien has paid $23 million for a beach house in Carpinteria, California. In the same area, he has another property he has been trying to sell for just over two months.

The house for sale entered the real estate market in July of this year for $16.5 million, so O’Brien paid much more for the new home than he expected to receive for the old one.

What is certain is that the new house is much larger. It has a 3,476-square-foot spread over two floors with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a foyer, a living room, a master suite, an office, a kitchen, a dining room, a laundry room, and other amenities.

This property was first built in 1963, but in recent years it has undergone many renovations that make the place not look like the original and still in perfect condition.

Some features inside the property are oak floors, high ceilings with wooden beams, French doors, a stone fireplace, and other details.

Although the house has many amenities, its main attraction is the ocean view from all its spaces.

The house is not only illuminated by its large windows in the walls or the French doors, but also in some spaces, there are openings in the ceiling. An example is the kitchen with a central island, white cabinets, and marble countertops.

In the master bedroom of the property, there is space for a large bed, a sitting area, a private terrace, a dressing room, and a private spa-like bathroom.

Outdoors you can enjoy a terrace with Jacuzzi, fire pit, comfortable seating, and direct access to the beach from where you can watch breathtaking sunsets.
