Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Cooper Kupp recently sold a mansion in Westlake Village. The renowned 28-year-old player received $5.3 million dollars.
This sale occurred months after the player was recognized as the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the Super Bowl of this 2022, in which the Los Angeles Rams beat the Cincinnatti Bengals.
Kupp and his wife Anna Croskrey listed this property on the real estate market for $6.1 million dollarsso the final sale price is considered a loss.

The couple only lived in the Westlake Village residence for a year, but in that time they managed to make several renovations that raised the price.
this residence has a total extension of 7,000 square feet distributed in five bedrooms, six bathrooms, hall, living room, kitchen, dining room, bar, gym and other amenities.
The rooms in this property were recently remodeled, so it was sure to be the feature that attracted the new buyer. The master suite has ample space with a sitting area, large walk-in closets, fireplace, private bath and more.

The main kitchen is another of the most attractive spaces of the property. It’s gourmet type with Wolf double oven range, two professional-style refrigerators, center island, butler’s pantry and more.
Also the property has extensive green areas to spend evenings outdoors. The new owners will be able to enjoy a swimming pool with waterfalls, spa, outdoor bathroom, barbecue area and more. All of this is surrounded by large mature trees and oaks.
