TO Sergio Ramos was officially awarded to France with his first red card at the Paris Saint-Germain. The Spanish defender had to leave the game for a double yellow in the second half and left a reflective message about his actions.
It was barely the third game (second in Ligue 1) del ‘Camero’ after overcoming his long injury and the referee punished him. At 81 ‘they took a yellow card from a rival player in the Lorient area, then at 85’ they showed him the second warning for cutting off a clear goal play. That led to his first red card in Ligue 1.
They lost 1-0 and then Mauro Icardi was able to rescue a point for PSG.
Ramos left a short but significant message on his social networks: “Today is a new day to learn; tomorrow is a new day to improve. Always looking ahead. We continue! ”.
He will have to rest for the Christmas festivities and he will report back on January 1 to play again for the French Cup on January 3.
