Bolivia – The uncle abused his 14-year-old niece, taking advantage of the fact that her mother was orphaned and her father did not recognize her. The case became known in Oruro, Bolivia.
The man repeatedly entered the girl’s room, and through games, he touched parts of her body and then raped her.
The young girl had lived with him since she was an orphan. According to the director of the Special Force to Combat Violence (FELCV) of Oruro, Colonel Carlos Robles reported that last Monday, the police became aware of this case of rape of a 34-year-old man against a 14-year-old girl, who is his niece.
“The Special Force to Combat Violence, received a complaint for the crime of rape, in which would be the victim a 14-year-old girl, this fact would have occurred inside his home, since this girl lives with her uncles since she was orphaned mother,” said Colonel Carlos Robles.
In a state of drunkenness, the subject entered the minor’s room, played with her, and then abused her.
“On Saturday, her uncles arrived at her home in a state of drunkenness, so her uncle entered her bedroom to start a game and touched parts of her body to make her laugh, playing tickling games. In these circumstances, the subject began to touch the minor and then sexually assaulted her,” explained the colonel.
The subject was captured and handed over to the Public Prosecutor’s Office.
